Matthew joined the law firm of Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 1989 and currently serves as senior partner in the firm's Corporate, Tax and Estate Planning Department.

 Born in Columbus, Ohio, Matthew holds degrees from Vanderbilt university where he also played varsity baseball, Capital University Law School, and Emory University Law School(LL.M).

Matthew and his wife, Suzanne, are members of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and involved with The Westminster Schools and Whitfield Academy, where their children attend. In addition to serving on ACM’s Board, Matthew is an active participant in ACM’s Men’s Ministry as leader of the Men’s Prayer Ministry. Matthew and Suzanne’s lives are also filled with the activities of their five children: Taylor, Patrick, Charlotte, Noah, and Jordan.
