Marbury is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Harvard Law School (Cum Laude). He is a founding partner of the firm Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs. He is Vice Chair of the President’s Cabinet of the University of Alabama, a Merit Key Recipient of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, and a Director of Meritas Law Firms Worldwide. He is a former Deacon Chair of Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Church.

He and his wife Kathy have two grown sons. In addition to his Board Service with ACM, Marbury is the Team Leader for ACM’s Men’s Ministry.
