WHEN THE GAME IS OVER IT GOES BACK INTO THE BOX ...AT PEACHTREE PRESBYTERIAN IN AUGUST
For four consecutive Sundays in August in Kellett Chapel at 10 AM as a follow up to last August's HALFTIME series, Dan Hayes, inspirational teacher, and Executive Director of Atlanta Community Ministries, along with business and professional people who are making these principles work in their lives, will present to Peachtree Presbyterian and to the community an exciting, instructive, and humorous look at carefully considered tactics for succeeding in life from God's vantage point. How do we play the game as intended?....because in life, after the game is over , it all goes back intio the box. ACM Execotive Director Dan Hayes Says about this:"For years people have talked about “the Game of life.”
This humorous, intriguing 4 week series in Kellett Chapel based on John Ortberg’s best selling book will help us all see how fulfillment in life, along with success, richness, and impact are woven indelibly into the Game’s ‘rules’, ‘hazards’, ‘winning’, ‘losing’, ‘objectives’, and ‘Maker’. It will also help us become “the kind of player others don’t mind sitting next to.”
Utilizing lecture, real life stories, and creative discussion, these 4 weeks will help prepare us, not just for our renewed start in the fall, but for the rest of our lives! It’s a perfect follow up to the August 2007 Kellett Chapel Series, “Halftime: Moving From Success To Significance.”
